About Codere SA

Codere factory

Codere SA is a Swiss leader in advanced heat treatment technologies, recognized for its engineering expertise, innovation, and customer-oriented approach. Since 1989, we have been designing and producing high-quality furnace systems while supporting industries that require precision, reliability, and long-term performance.

Our History

Founded in 1989 by Pierre Beuret, Codere SA began its journey in Porrentruy, Switzerland, driven by a passion for developing innovative and customized heat treatment solutions.

In its early years, the company filed numerous patents for breakthrough technologies, including the System 250, System 280 and the pusher furnace System 340.

As demand grew, Codere relocated in 2000 to a purpose-built facility in Alle (Jura), enabling the production of large-scale installations adapted to demanding sectors such as aerospace.

In 2007, the first major aerospace installation—developed for SAFRAN—was delivered, marking an important milestone in Codere’s evolution.

Despite strong demand for Codere’s solutions, the economic downturn between 2010 and 2013 significantly impacted the company.
At the end of 2013, a financially solid Swiss investor acquired all shares, securing the company’s know-how and ensuring its continuity.

A reorganization followed, supported by an interim management team under the leadership of Mr. Beuret.

From 2014 onward, Codere benefited from the rapid expansion of the Chinese market through a strategic partnership in China.

In 2015, Codere delivered its second major aerospace installation—this time for the Airbus A380 landing gear—to Aubert & Duval.

Today, Codere is not only a manufacturer of high-quality customized installations; it has also evolved into a service-oriented organization, offering comprehensive support to deliver maximum value and customer satisfaction.
